Looking back, about 20 years our Hindsight capabilities become bias by today's knowledge, accomplishments, etc. We have a hard time seeing it the way it was at that point in time. Testimony, from leaders in that field and the actual examiners, can help create a true picture of what was obvious and more importantly, what was non obvious.
True, but what you fail to consider here is that the original examiner presumably had no knowledge of the prior art being referenced today. How do you know how the orginal examiner would view the new prior art? Well, I guess if you pay him enough. Opty
