the buyback of the shares in the last month must be min. 10 million shares at the future level when the deal will finaly fixed we maybe stand at 50cent or more by a 50/50 deal

5 million in shares and 5 in dollares so we have posible a nice 2-3million dollar dicount because off the buyback at cheaper level so all is well with this deal.

hope thaat they not need to much money in the month to month buisness till it is profitable.
