Yes its a small merger.It sounds like no dilution. we can handle 10 mill with more cash coming in by Aug 14th. RG has transformed PTSC from a patent troll to a real company. Looks like investors are starting to listen and believe we can be more than a one trick pony. Stay the course RG.
