I wrote the same question earlier today. Which is it? Was it a takeover, friendly or hostile? How did they come to the price of 10 million. My belief is PTSC got a deal. Someone just asked about the tax consequences or advantages to PTSC. Still many questions in my mind. That the stock went up and the revelation of so much potential keeps me happy. But as they say the devil is in the details and they are not to easily seen as of yet. I was disappointed in the close being off the high. We may bounce around for a few days or hours or ? but I think we are going to test the 200 day moving average of about 40 cents sooner or later. GLTAL
