The first pr that gave the erroneous more than 41% indicated that the starting point was 15%. If we add the 15% to the 22% held be SSDI we get the 37% which is what we ended up with.

If shares were being offered I would think that current investors would get the right of first refusal before offering to anyone else. And it is obvious PTSC wanted them. So IMO it would appear the Pilot Power took the minority shares. Perhaps a good sign. Opty
