Maybe some of you can answer this question: Though I deeply hope, we will not see a RS, the company did mention it some months ago, but could the payment of the merger (shares and cash) imply, that there won't be any RS?

Maybe I'm totally wrong, but if I would sell my company and receive cash and shares, I would not want the amount of the shares to decrease in case of a RS, though of course the worth per share SHOULD increase (but we all know, that there is a "good" chance a RS won't work).

So is it a WAG, that the payment of the Crossflo merger with shares is a good sign for NO RS?

Maybe FuttheWuk or Lambert or those in the know can help me with this question.
