Message: Question Reverse Split and shares for merger

Only a dumb nuwbie would balk at buying PTSC becase of speculation of a R/S.

Serious (big) investors know there is value in a R/S. When the company is financially sound and growing earnings a R/S can be critical to getting them into the big game. R/S for the wrong reasons can result in the SP falling, just as it would have done if there was no R/S.

A little DD would convince most investors that a S/S is the dumb thing to do. It's a waste of money, makes no financial sense, contributes nothing to the SP, and is primarily done by U.S. companies. If the SP goes up after a S/S it would have without the S/S.

You are correct though, if the companys' stock holders are not too smart.
