With this merger you are often able to lower the over all cost to do business through combing Admistration/acounting duties... also you would hope a new location lowering the overall housing/lease cost.......

I like the fact all these companies are nestled in the San Diego area. Someone mentioned it before that they are all close to home.

It will be much easier commuting or moving people a couple miles to PTSC's Corp. office, instead of dealing with a Turley type relocation. I agree they will be able to reduce some costs.
