I agree with your thinking on this. If this was the case, it was a very smart move, and it makes very good sense to me.

It seems, as we watch all the pieces of the puzzle come together, that RG and his team have been working on a brilliant plan to take PTSC into a new era of independence and success.

It's early days, but I am very excited about the new direction and I thank RG and the BoD for all their efforts and hard work.
