I can understand that the pending deal with Crossflo may have precluded any share purchases and announcements of structured buying plans over the last couple of months or so. Now that the announcment has passed, and with the 10k pending shortly, it would be great to see you take advantage of the current situation and prove your often stated "confidence" in PTSC's value, your stated belief in the current "undervalued" share price and your support and confidence in Rick Goerner and the rest of the PTSC management team.

Once the 10K is released, you have a golden opportunity to support PTSC, RG and his efforts, and show your confidence in the direction you've taken PTSC by immediately announcing a sustained and structured personal purchasing plan of shares on the open market by each BOD member. Take this opportunity to prove that the message that you've been broadcasting over the last 2 years to us and the general market is TRULY the message you believe and representative of the plan that you've put in place. Show your support and fiduciary responsiblity to PTSC and ALL of its Shareholders, and not just to certain specialized interests that you were brought on to represent. You have been rewarded by PTSC, and it's a great time to take those rewards and invest them back into the source to align yourself with those you wish to attract...and to reward yourselves even more.

In showing the confidence through these ACTIONS and not just your words, you'll influence others to join with you, which in turn will promote the value that PTSC represents. As that value is emphasized, the resultant increases in share price will in turn provide RG and you with more fuel to add additoinal value to PTSC through M&A using shares with higher value. You'll be part of the solution, instead of part of the problem.

By LEADING in demonstrating the confidence in and the value that PTSC represents, you'll legitimize any dialogue that you have with new investors and reinforce the message of those you've hired to help get this message out like IBIS and Bibeau, etc. Afterall, "do as I do" has a lot more value and likelihood to succeed than "do as I say". Ultimately, if what you've preached is sincere, you'll be rewarded manyfold. Rather than waiting for PTSC to "show you the money" as you seem to be doing, and as the market obviously has taken your lead and has done over the last 2 years, you'll be LEADING, INSPIRING, and DIRECTING!!
