Your question was honest and valid. Some seemed to have just jumped b/c they fear a R/S at this time---some may have responded just to keep using the phrase in the title line to keep the fear factor going. At anyrate--this is my opinion: there will not be a R/S at this time--Crossflow is just one of our acquisitioins. The reason that I think this is that RG said he plans to look at other companies (3 in total, I think) and in the near future an investment banker would be needed. Just so everyone knows--I am all for a R/S when the time is right. GL, ads
