The deal is $10mio, Crossflo accepts $2,6mio in cash an $7,4 mio in shares "based on the average closing price of Patriot Common Stock on The Electronic Bulletin Board as reported by NASDAQ over the ten trading days immediately preceding the Closing."
Now we don't know, when the effective time of the closing will be, but IMO two assumptions can be made:
1. PTSC is interested to use as little shares as possible
2. Crossflo is interested, that the shareprice AFTER the ten days period increases (or at least doesn't decrease)
Both assumptions together could/should mean a rising sp for the time until the "Effective closing of the deal" and AFTER the time - now I'm getting a little excited, how RG & Cie are going to move the sp up...;-)
Let's hope for a good PTSC week - GLTA
