I wish I could do more than give you a thumbs up for that post. I hope you and others will let the BOD know your thoughts on this issue. It is something that they CAN DO easily that supports the company, the CEO, and the shareholders, AND in the end benefits THEMSELVES. Hard to understand why they haven't or don't do more of it, as it would have prevented much of the share price fall, IMO, but this is an issue where it's really NEVER too late to start. Especially considering the positive steps that RG is implementing.

What was it that Lee Iaccoca used to say? LEAD, FOLLOW, or GET OUT OF THE WAY! Seems perfectly applicable to the BOD, at this time, IMO. I hope we find they are LEADERS!
