Where does Patriot state that the Crossflo is a convertibleshare deal? If this is speculation on your part you should state such in clear language and if I am wrong and Patriot has stated this is a convertible deal I apologize in advance of reading the information you share with the board.

It has been often stated that our stock cannot be officially shorted and I would highly doubt that Crossflo would want to play this game even before they started a relationship with our crew. I think and it is my opinion that they are in this for the long haul and want Patriot to assist them in becoming a big player in the security sw field along with our other m&a moves.

Other comments.....RG so far has not shown any inclination to be a LG....I would agree along with previous comments from Brian and Ron and many other old timers that it would have been nicer to wait and either have more cash for all cash deals or a higher share price to do M&A's however the verdict is not yet in on the Crossflo deal on exactly what this is going to cost us in the number of shares as the share price has yet to be settled on. Speculating on how bad a deal this is and that this is another Patriot give away helps nobody especially potential new shareholders or new shareholders with weak hands. We are just a few weeks from finding out exactly what this is going to cost so why not hold these negative thoughts until then and everybody might be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

Please remember that I was the one who a few months ago advised the bold and strong hands to buy when we hit .17 a share. I was told by others that we were going back into the single digits. Well, the verdict is still out on both those thoughts but so far .17 seems like a good purchase point. My concern at this time is that I worry that there is a whole bunch of shareholders that are going to be looking to bail as their purchase price approaches so that they are whole. I think that there may be a large group of these folks in the fifty cent range and I hope that most of them will change their minds as fresh information is presented.
