What is interesting is why there has been no posting on the IFW file with the actual meeting comments,attendees,etc,etc that... IMO... should have appeared by now.

Secondly, assuming there was a meeting, of some kind, I sure hope it was by phone...can you see our delegation at the PTO walk in to review the situation on the 148 ...yet...ignore any communication/deliberation with the examiner of the 336 patent...who is in the same dept.as the examiner of the 148.

With both patents under a non-final rejection, one would assume that if they had traveled across the country to discuss obviousness, or the lack there of, that our lawyers and Moore would have done both at the same time. But still no posting of a meeting summary on the 336 either, and no posting of even a meeting taking place on that one yet...

IMHO, very unusual.
