To those others who also caught the discrepency in the 8k and expressed
concern, the gist of the formal response I received from PTSC when I
wrote to them asking for clarification, was that the number of Prefered
Shares "remain unchanged at 5,000,000". That the incorrect number
that appeared in the 8K filing was an "error in editing", and
that "measures are being taken to rectify the situation".
