I agree - the USPTO re-exam is "huge" for us right now. I also agree that Patriot's other ventures seem to be coming along nicely - they will take some time to really pay-off.

I like to downplay the 10K and keep expectations low because: low expecation/disapointing 10K = some SP decline and high expecation/diapointing 10K = huge SP decline. The rosies don't seem to understand this and always want to proclaim how great the 10K will be or could be.

As we're all aware, Penny stocks are extremely risky and they're certainly not a place to dump "all" of your money - only what you can afford to lose.
