My thoughts T3 patent infringement

I think the T3 have brought in all the other patents and did not include 336, 148, 584 on the following chance.

That the judge in California may decide since there is so many new claims/patents to try it is ok to try them there and not send them to east texas.

I believe they are trying everything possible to keep it in California and prolong this as much as they can.
