My belief is Holocom is a tier 2 on the contracts mention in the PR.... Thier where a couple of large contracts(multi year) for complete IT systems... many companies biding... The hope is Talis is also a 2 on this contract... but as always time will tell... My Guess we get the Merger.. then a Talis announcement,,,,,
