I think anyone looking at the SP and trying to figure out if these small movements on low volume is a sign of what is in the 10K is crazy. The market makers/manipulaters will move the SP down to try and play on the fears of investors who think the downward trend on a day with news is an indication of what's in the news or they move the SP up to try and get investers sitting on the sidelines to jump in thinking the upward movement is a sign that there is good news. It's pure manipulation from what I see so I don't trust it as a sign.

What we all have to keep in perspective is that even if the 10K is not great, the Holocom news, crossflo acquisition, the job descrition by TPL for more help in licensing efforts and that the revalidation of the patents by the USPTO is stacked heavily in our favor all point to a very bright future. So there should be no need to panic if the 10K isn't great.
