They have a credit line for half of the ARS value. Interest is Fed rate plus 3%. I believe they said that they are still receiving interest, but how much is not known. Point is that at least half of the $ is available if needed and cost to borrow is offset to some extent by the interest they are still making on it. Corrections welcomed. Opty
