Gonna have to agree with you there..another OTC stock that I own (CHCG) has a small percent of institutional investors (fluxs between 5 - 10%)..they are probably the small type of institutional invenstors without some of the prohibitions limiting to what they can / can't invest in (unlike some of the big boys)..but they come out to play if the story is compelling enough
