I hear you but we didn't lose in Texas eigther as we came away from Texas with valid patents. Swartz was right though we did get very close to .15 after Texas even with valid patents.

The USPTO decision is the key that unlocks the treasure. At least I hope it is and I would be very disappointed if the SP only gets to .40 especially in light of all the positive recent developments surrounding PTSC and it's new management.
