Why would PTSC need to go through additional financing? They have cash in the bank, money coming in through MMP, and increasing revenues in the M&A they've already executed.

PIPE financing or any other kind seems unnecessary and improbable at this point. What has you guys considering these options other than the IBIS connection.

No where along the way has RG hinted at needing to go after additional financing through a PIPE.
