The patent owner has 1 month from the INTERVIEW DATE to respond...7/30...that response will determine the examiners actions on the non-final rejection...it usually is done by a group before it's issued...Moore's arguments are stated there, basically that the ring oscillator etc. etc. wasn't there on the other noted patents ....it is all there on page 4...their arguments were all verbal without exhibits.
