the SP seems to be following the falling EPS, or anticipating it. The big question in my mind is "when will we see several Qs of significantly increasing EPS"?
.
How long will it take to see some "significant" EPS contribution from investments other than the MMP? Or even several Qs of significant EPS increases from the MMP itself?
.
Could it be as soon as 1Q - 2Qs, or more like 1Yr - 2Yrs ?
.
IMO resolution of current patent cases will not be a significant EPS event - we'll always have patent litigation. The MMP is in good shape now but it's not generating the EPS expected. And new investments seldom turn into money makers overnight - if they were that close to making big $ why did they sell out to PTSC?
.
So when will EPS climb? I think this is a long term hold, not a short term flyer. IMO, we now have a solid CEO that seems to see it that way also - and is acting accordingly and agressively.
