Not positive on the below items so corrections welcome and encouraged....

My belief is it is the average closing share price over the next 10 trading days(price @ the Ask)......

If we do not enough shares in the treasury I also believe we will issue those shares (the company is authorized up 500million..)...

So how about some large Market on Close orders to help drive us up.....
