Just some thoughts about NuPower and the patent portfolio..... Alliacense is run by Lecky,,,, they own patent above the MMP (Core Flash & Fast logic)..... PDS is owned 50/50.... for each signing... Alliacense and PDS take out % for cost & running the License...(I think PDS had 7-8 million ... in reserves @ the end of last 1/4......) With NuPower I assume they did not have the Bankroll and or experience to enforce their patent portfolio..... My thoughts we would use the existing resource's @ Allicense/PDS to help enforce their patents..... Allicense currently enforce Patents beyond the Jointly owned ones....
