Imperial Capital, LLC ("Imperial") announced that Jeff Kessler joined the
firm as a Managing Director in its Sales & Trading Group. With the
addition of Kessler, Imperial has significantly enhanced its leading
security industry practice.

Prior to Imperial, Kessler was a Senior Research Analyst with Lehman
Brothers for 20 years. Kessler's publication of the "Security Industry
Annual," which he published for 15 years while at Lehman, was the hallmark
of his practice and considered by most in the industry as the definitive
guide to trends and growth metrics for the security sector. At Imperial,
Kessler will be focused on delivering security industry analysis as part
of the firm's quarterly security industry reports and whitepapers as well
as providing direct support for the firm's clients looking at investments
in the sector.

In addition to his support role with clients, Kessler will play a
prominent role in the Imperial Security Industry Conferences including
the Homeland Security Investor's Conference "HSIC" held in Washington,
D.C. on October 21st & 22nd 2008 and the Security Industry Growth
Conference "SGC" held in Santa Monica, CA on March 2nd & 3rd 2009.
