Swartz was way over-paid for his contributions. He has constantly sold into every rally and single handedly killed the S/P.Meanwhile our board members haven't exactly had to tighten their belts either.The only ones earning their keep is RG and crew. The tide is slowly turning. If someone can convince Swartz to rein in his greed and hold we may be able to sustain a decent share price. You can forget day traders, which we need to help boost the S/P, until Swartz is gone. Since we have a new banker I don't think it is going to make him happy since his greed is boundless. If he is not done yet it would probably be better to buy him completely out, for all the reasons mentioned.
