By way of typo looking for 336 reexam, I came across 90/008464 reexam. Now that one is probably as close to obvious as can be. Yet even after final OA rejection and from what I can see, not giving any ground on their arguments, it finally got the reexam cert. Notice was given August 5, 2008. An interesting case study. Perhaps if the argument/s are valid, it just requires some persistence. Opty
