If PTSC did that... 30 million shares is about 8-9% of the entire share structure of PTSC. Imagine once the restriction is lifted... Crossflo shareholders want to cash out their stock.....alot of shares on the market. Almost the same thing we did with S & L... except that we get assets back for the shares... ( which the shareholders dont know yet)
The problem i have is that RG tied this deal to the SP of PTSC.. ( which is some of the lowest value).... the higher the SP.. the least amount of shares needed to complete this deal... better also for the long run of PTSC.
If the SP was .30 would only need 25 million shares
SP = .40 would only need 18.75 million shares
_ Why not make this merger when our SP is higher... why now?
