Like I said they could issue all new shares...thus avoiding the loss from the purchased shares...yes it would be an 8% increase but IMO better to do that than to take hit of $7MM on the shares we purchased. We're not going to see a price of .30 or .40 or even an avergae of .25 the way this is trading...so be prepared to see 30Mm more issued...best for the company IMO...
