I seem to think I saw that the Crossflo shares would be put in holding for a year if memory serves me correct. Secondly, do you know if the 21 million shares that PTSC holds from buybacks, are in the float or not?.......If the shares are going into holding for a year, we may not see the PPS decline, I think?......LOL.....
