Do you think that most of the money we thought TPL would collect from the J3 has been pushed onto ARM for it's involvement in the case against the J3? That is ARM will pay for the infringement of all their chips that went into the J3's products. Perhaps after the removal of the ARM chips from the law suit, there was not as much infringement of remaining chips? TPL may plan on going after ARM for huge money after the PTO reexamination of the 584 is completed some time in the future? Just food for thought and a possible explanation for the low settlement figures from the J3.
