J3 settlement question for Lambert and Bankerson and anyone else

Back in December when the case was settled with the Js I brought up the fact that the wording on the press releases was different for the settlement press releases than it has been for any other (corrections welcome). The press release said that these companies were granted the right to use, whereas all of the prior and subsequent press releases specifically say that a license was purchased. I ask again, could this subtle difference in wording perhaps be the reason for the non disclosure agreement and possibly some sort of contingent agreement which may produce additional money when a certain event takes place? If so, then RG would be correct in saying that PTSC received all the money it was entitled to at the time of reporting...which still leaves the question in my mind.....could there be more?
