No what I am saying is IBIS will probably approach some private funds made up of some small groups of individuals who are not under the restrictions of the larger institutions and funds that are public. These types usually have much greater leeeway to invest with stocks on the BB and usually invest smaller amounts than maybe we were hoping for from the bigger funds and institutions.
IBIS, I am assuming, was hired because they may be familiar or have done business in the past with these types of investors.
