Thanks. I realized that the last 11 claims had been added during the re-exam after going back and re-reviewing the info. As you say, importanly, the first 14 claims remain, and 19-20 & 25 will hopefully still be added so looks like if things go positively, the 148 may fall into the category of "strengthened patent" upon a recertificaiton.

Am I wrong to think a positive outcome could come as early as end of October?
