We agree on your 2 statements. Sort of.
We can have windsock SP movements and high percentage moves at any time with these low volume days. 2 cents is a 10% move and can happen on a less than a million share day. But I don't see any sustained moves happening until the EPS starts to move up (it was zero this last reported Q).
"It will be easier to collect fees after validation" - yes easier compared to collecting fees on invalid patents. But we have valid patents now with little income from them. We shouldn't be surprised by more legal manuvering by big companies after a PTO ruling - there's too much money involved and you can be sure big company lawyers know how to use the PTO sysytem to manuver and delay.
I'm cautious, but long term optimistic. I don't see any event in the near term that might result in a sustained big SP increase - only steady EPS growth will do. That will take time.
