Sep 09, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- PTSCE | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Patriot Scientific Corp (OTCBB:PTSC), an intellectual property licensing company, announced on Monday (8 September) that the company has acquired nearly 20% of Avot Media, a provider of real-time streaming and video delivery to mobile devices.



This investment reportedly expands Patriot Scientific's focus on data sharing beyond text to include the newly developing video sector. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.
