If and when the PTO is finsihed with the reexam they will notify us (lawyers/PTSC) one day and the intent to issue a certificate will be posted the next day...of course they could also do a final rejection too, but I don't think that is in the cards...it is also pertinent to read the certificate of rexam issued on the file to make sure that all the claims we wanted are still there and intact with no loss of power...whcih in most cases is the norm when one gwts the certificate notice...it will take 3 mos to get it "officially" issued in the Official Gazette...but if it were I the minute I got that call and saw the intent posted...I'm running with it.
Now, are we going to then aqsk for the moon and run rampant with licensing...I don't think so, we'll be a little caustious till the 336 is complete, and the others too, but mainly the 336 IMO. Even then, my assumption is that the asking price will be steeper but not unreasonable to get a license done...RG seems to be looking for better fees but also quicker settlements to get as much money as he can get as fast as he can get it, so he/they can "invest" it in ongoing revenue streams. As usual new investors will be a little cautious till some Q's show added revenues and show that the "new" business lines are accretive to the bottomline as compared to costing us money to get these businesses going... the next 3-5 months will be very telling IMO, if the reexmas get completed within the next 2-4 weeks. JMHO.
