TPL is apparently bundling the MMP in the licensing efforts of it's independently owned patents. If this is true then I would think that they are pulling out all the stops to make sure that the MMP leaves the PTO in one piece after the review. Not only would a negative report out of the pto be bad for the mmp but also would hurt tpl in it's effort to license it's other goodies.
It is my opinion we are not focusing enough on the apparent need of TPL to shepherd the re-exams successfully through the pto so as to keep their own licensing programs in one piece.
I realize that my comments have no effect on what the pto eventually decides but I think they speak directly to the point that TPL is not taking this lightly and I would assume are sitting on the edge of their chair and bitting their nails as they use what ever resources they have to make for a successful review.
Of course this all might be wishful thinking on my part but then again there is nothing negative about that.
God Bless
