Dilution comes with being issued and outstanding.......

I am in agreement that I do not want the company to have the ability to print more shares at this time. Maybe later as the company grows and can prove that we will all benefit from an increase in shares.

Howeve in my opinion I think folks have to be careful in stating that by authorizing these shares we immediately have dilution and our shares are worth less. That is not factual.

Of couse this is just my opinion
