Think I'm beginning to understand ,,, without avot the carriers are transcoding resulting in jerky video, but tipmotion's software solution is deemed a dynamic transcode as it is layered within in realtime stream determinate on the decoders abilities, ie the phone/pmp etc.,,

Or determined prior to encoding, pulled from the library then sent, thus: ''it streams what the network and device can bear at that point in time.''

As per 'the utube of mobile video' I think I read somewhere it can be utilized by users to create/share or to use their mobile to push vids towards utube - may be wrong havn't found were i seen that.
