It is ridiculous for a poster to post ON-TOPIC post on the off topic board.

It is more of a violation than posting an off topic post on this board.

It is my understanding that ANY topic may be posted on the OFF TOPIC FORUM and my reasons were made abundantly clear as to why, with the exception of this post, I continue to post only on that board.

Erroneous statements, such as this:
