Referring to the presentation on the PTSC website, may I point out that Crossflo is only a piece of the pie. Its value is dependant on completion of the pieand RG hasn't finished the baking process.

I'm not adverse to the additional authorization of shares, but IMHO no one is interested in giving the BOD any more shares w/o some performance requirements tied to them. IMHO Opty
