I suspect the explanation is relatively simple. We know the CrossFlo deal was consumated, and supposedly necessiatated the transfer of some 32M shares at a value based on the average closing PPS the preceeding 10 trading days (or some such arrangement). It's logical to me for them to have agreed to transfer an initial 20M shares, with the remaining shares to be transferred at some later, near term date after there is agreement/audit of the calculation of exact shares required. Such a thing seems completely reasonable IMO, and the delayed transfer would have zero impact on the recipients since the shares are restricted from trading for six months anyway. And the shares would be transferred near term, thus enabling any tax consequences for the recipients to be timely handled.
