The above quote is consistent with my experience and my recent post:
"We shouldn't be surprised by more legal manuvering by big companies after a PTO ruling - there's too much money involved and you can be sure big company lawyers know how to use the PTO sysytem to manuver and delay."
But the long term outlook is good IMO. Hang in there.
