Amazing! FYI, the entire purpose of this board is for constructive argument, so it's a bit difficult to conceive a method to delete posts that you deem "argumentative".

So I take it you acknowledge that this whole argument has been "much ado about nothing".... You, the one who could not seem to grasp the concept that some of the CrossFlo deal shares had been transferred, thus resolving the change in OS "issue". The issue where YOU chose to suggest that the company was trying to pull a fast one and/or that there was some unknown nefarious scheme in play. So sensible.... But now you seem to accept the concept....

Note: When certain flexibility is "designed-in" to any contractual/legal document, don't be surprised when that flexibility is exercised. And don't expect an amendment to that document or related documentation to necessarily reflect the exercise of that flexibility, especially when the ultimate outcome will be unchanged.
