I don't think the ARS vehicles are exclusively dragging our SP down. They're not helping the SP - that's for sure. I do think that they will be liquid in the future.

I attribute the SP drop to the sudden hault in issuing licenses, the request to issue more shares, the USPTO stalling, the reputation of Patriot Scientificv in the investment world and of course the current Wall Street crisis.

RG ventures appear to be smart moves but they won't help us in the short-term.
